    Mark McDaniel, Personal Chef in Dallas

    Mark McDaniel has been in the restaurant and food industry over half his life. As someone always passionate about people, Mark consistently found himself around an environment in helping others. While a server for many top end restaurants in Dallas, Mark perfected his service skills while learning from many great talents.  Some of the culinary elbows he rubbed include: Kent Rathbun of Abacus, Richard Chamberlain of Chamberlain’s Chop House, Mark Morrow of Mi Piaci and My House Catering and Tim Penn also of Mi Piaci.

    He is the owner and executive chef of ReMARKable Affairs Catering and Café.  ReMARKable Affairs offers personal chef services as well as events catering in Dallas. For the last 15 years, Mark has focused on what has brought him this far: service, attention to detail and commitment- some attributes that are not easily found in the catering industry.
